I broke the front CV / dogbone assembly on my CEN 1/10 buggy. When I took out the broken part, I also took out the dogbone socket from the diff gearbox. When I did, it was stuck in solid with what looked like thick black gummy tar. This explains why the diff gearbox was so stiff. My question is how do I clean it out without disassembling the whole thing? I presume that if I soaked the whole thing in petrol the plastic parts would melt?
