Hello,

 I came to the club today and was told that the hyper 7 would be a good car to get

for the money.

I was wondering is there was a performance difference between theese two different hyper 7's one is the black edition and one is standard.

Hi Chris,

I think that factory fitted .28 with pull start is race legal. However, there are few other things to consider:
1. .28 will be a bit stronger, bot not having reference you will not tell the difference.
2. Stronger engine = more crashes if you do not have experience
3. .28 takes more fuel than .21 = more pit stops during race
4. Any REAL racing .21 will beat crap out of .28 pull start

Get "Black" and when you gain some experience, you can buy a proper engine.
